customs and agreements. SECTION 82. Separability Clause. — In case any provision of this Act or any portion thereof is declared unconstitutional by a competent court, other provisions shall not be affected thereby. SECTION 83. Repealing Clause. — Presidential Decree No. 410, Executive Order Nos. 122B and 122 C, and all other laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 84. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days upon its publication in the Official Gazette or in any two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved: October 29, 1997
