S. No. 1795
Introduced by Senator Manuel "Lito" M. Lapid
AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR LIFETIME VALIDITY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY
IDENTIFICATION CARDS ISSUED TO PWDS WITH PERMANENT
DISABILITY, FURTHER AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO.

defects, permanent blindness or deafness, loss of limb or body parts, etc. Requiring
