61073. The Court of Appeals had set aside the Decision dated June 30, 2000, and

Resolution dated July 31, 2000 of the National Labor Relations Commission

(NLRC) in NLRC NCR CA No. 021454-99 which affirmed with modification the
Labor Arbiter’s Decision of August 18, 1999.
