SUBJECT : Republic Act No. 10754 entitled “An Act Expanding the Benefits and
Privileges of Persons with Disability”
This is to provide you the attached Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic
Act No. 10754 entitled “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with
Disability” which was signed last December 1, 2016.
We would like to request wide dissemination of the said Republic Act, specifically the
provision stipulated in Section 7. Educational Assistance for Persons with Disabilities.
This provision describes the granting of educational assistance to persons with disability
(PWDs) to pursue primary, secondary, tertiary, post tertiary as well as vocational or
technical education.
