Statement of Resource Person, Dr. Roda Verheyen
I am honored to appear today before the Philippines Commission on
Human Rights on its public hearing (November 5th 2018). The
petitioners have invited me as an independent resource person, legal
expert and practioner in the field of law.
I. Preliminary Matters
