November 14, 1996, are hereby AFFIRMED with the MODIFICATION that petitioner is ordered to pay private respondent Siojo his salary for the entire unexpired portion of the employment contract, that is, one thousand twenty-four US dollars ($1,024.00) multiplied by seven months, for a total of seven thousand one hundred sixty-eight US dollars (US$7,168.00), or its equivalent in Philippine pesos plus interest and attorneys fees.
