GBV CASE IN REGION IV-A
The victim, a rural woman residing in Region IV-A was allegedly harassed
and made false accusation against the said victim by their Punong Barangay &
Brgy. Chief Tanod. Based on the report, the victim was apprehended due to the
alleged violation of Enhanced Community Quarantine Protocols but as to date
was temporarily released after posting bail. The victim sought the assistance from
the Commission to conduct proper investigation of the subject case.
