The Committee on Cultural Communities and the Committee on Finance to
which were referred Senate Bill No. 2209, introduced by Senator Loren Legarda and
Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., entitled:
"AN ACT
ESTABLISHING RESOURCE CENTERS FOR INDIGENOUS CULTURAL
COMMUNITIESIINDIGENOUS PEOPLES TO ENHANCE AND ENSURE
DELIVERY OF ESSENTIAL SERVICES, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"
taking into consideration Senate Bill No. 857, introduced by Senator Jinggoy Ejercito
Estrada, entitled:
"AN ACT
CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE CENTER FOR STUDIES ON INDIGENOUS
CULTURAL COMMUNITIES, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR
