A community health worker who was vocal about issues concerning access to healthcare in remote areas and critical of local governance. She was last seen on her way to a consultation meeting in a neighboring town in La Union. Her motorcycle was later recovered near a remote checkpoint manned by uniformed personnel, who denied having seen her.
