Section 32 of Republic Act No. 7277, as amended, otherwise known 2 as the "Magna Carta for Persons with Disability," is hereby further amended to read as 3 follows: 4 "Sec. 32. Persons with disability shall be entitled to the following: 5 "x X X 6 "The abovementioned privileges are available only to PWD who are 7 Filipino citizens upon submission of any of the following as proof of 8 his/her entitlement thereto: 9 "(I) An identification card issued by the city or municipal mayor or the 10 barangay captain of the place where the PWD resides; 11 "(II) The passport of the PWD concerned; or 12 "(III) Transportation discount fare Identification Card (ID) issued by 13 the [Notional Council for the-Welfaro of Disabled Persons (NCWDF)] 14 NATIONAL COUNCIL ON DISABILITY AFFAIRS (NCDA). 15 ^PROVIDED, THAT IDENTIFICATION CARDS, AS MENTIONED 16 IN (I) AND (III) OF THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH, ISSUED TO 17 A PWD WHO HAS A PERMANENT DISABILITY, AS
