GBV CASE ABROAD
A 32-year-old woman and OFW received a video call from NCR while she was
abroad and the alleged perpetrator uttered cursing words against the victim. She even
received threats about her family and senior citizen parents. She further alleged that
the perpetrator sent her obscene pictures as a threat against her.
After receiving report in the GBV portal, the CHR is trying to communicate with
the survivor, currently to no avail.
