Ang mga Layunin ng FGD ay:
1.
Makapag kalap ng impormasyon ukol sa karanasan ng mga kababaihan sa loob ng kulungan
2.
Mabigyan ng puwang ang mga kababihan para mapag usapan ang kanilang karanasan
patungkol sa: a.) kalagayan sa kulungan; b) seguridad at protecksyon mula sa karahasan; c)
pangangailangan pangkalusugan ; at d) pangangailangan ng ina at anak.
3.
Matukoy kung maayos ba na natugunan ng pamahalaan ang kanyang tungkulin para
protektahan ang mga kababaihan at para sugpuin ang lahat ng uri ng karahasan sa tahanan at sa
kumunidad
4.
Mabigyang pagkakataon ang mga kababahan maipahayag ang sarili sa pamagitan ng
pagpipinta ng mga apngarap
Description of Participants and Location
The Focus Group Discussion was conducted in the ALS hall of BJMP, Libertad Butuan City. The
participants were gathered in the ALS hall where there are three long tables enough for 5-7
participants. The women on regular category are mix with 4 inmates from city jail and 2 inmates from
provincial jail participants ages are ranges from 24 to 62 yrs old.
Process:
Before the FGD was conducted, participants were given and instruction by the facilitator to fill up the
Information and consent form, freely and voluntarily, the facilitator also expound the purpose and
objectives of the activity and the role of CHR as an institution.
*note : the two participants from the provincial jail came almost an hour late.
