In View of the foregoing, all Airport Authorities are mandated to facilities compliance with the above regulations by requiring aircraft operators to use PWD and Senior Citizen accessible passenger boarding ramps. In addition, the above mentioned agencies shall be tasked to monitor the implementation and use of these PWDfriendly passenger aircraft boarding implements by aviation stakeholders in their respective areas. Existing orders, circulars, memoranda , and other prior issuances and administrative regulations that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, if any, are hereby amended, modified, superseded, or repealed accordingly.
