GBV CASE IN NCR
A 43 years old woman was allegedly discriminated against in terms of the
distribution of the benefits under the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) and was
allegedly discriminate in the boarding house where the said victim was supposed
to stay. According to the victim, she was disallowed by their barangay captain
to stay in the barangay. She further stated that she witnessed the alleged
corruption in the packing of relief goods. The Commission referred the victim for
a shelter support.
