GBV CASE IN REGION XII
The victim, 24 year of age rural woman was denied services in a hospital in
Region XII. According to the report via Commission’s GBV online portal, the victim
was about to deliver her third child in the said hospital but was denied to be
catered and thus she was brought to a lying-in clinic and delivered her child
therein instead. The victim requested the assistance of the Commission for
appropriate investigation of the subject case.
