him. Dedace is therefore entitled to attorney's fees equivalent to ten percent (10%) of
his total monetary award.
In fine, the Court holds that the CA correctly found Dedace to be entitled to sickness
allowance, permanent total disability benefits, and attorney's fees equivalent to ten
percent (10%) of the total monetary awards.
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision, dated 11 May 2011, and
Resolution, dated 24 October 2011, of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 102527
are hereby AFFIRMED.
SO ORDERED.
