Separability Clause. If for any reason, any section or provision of this 18 Act is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the other section or provisions hereof, which 19 are not affected thereby shall continue in full force and effect. 20 SEC. 25. Repealing Clause. Executive Order No. 122-A, as amended by 21 Executive Order No. 295 is hereby repealed. All other acts, decrees, instructions; rules 22 and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are also 23 hereby repealed or modified accordingly. 24 2s 26 SEC. 26. Effectivity Clause. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) national newspapers or general circulation. Approved, 10
