L C P C i n t h e i r respective jurisdictions a n d t o coordinate w i t h
their L C P C i n the i m m e d i a t e establishment o f a local
comprehensive juvenile delinquency program. L G U s should
meaningfully utihze available resources i n estabhshing
p r e v e n t i o n a n d r e h a b i l i t a t i o n p r o g r a m s a n d s e r v i c e s , i.e.
a l l o t m e n t o f 1% o f t h e I n t e r n a l R e v e n u e A l l o c a t i o n ( I R A ) f o r
the strengthening and implementation of L C P C s programs.
