city, w e r e drafted t o b e included i n t h e proposed Bangsamoro Juri
E n t i t y ( B J E ) . T h i s i s d e s p i t e t h e f a c t t h a t t h e c i t y v o t e d twice a g a i n
inclusion i n t h e Autonomous Region f o r M u s l i m Mindanao
