Category II The following requirement shall apply to both government and privately owned buildings. 4.1 Group B 4.1.1 Accessories, tenement houses and/or row houses, apartment houses and/or town houses. One (1) unit for every 50 units up to 150 units and an additional unit for every 100 units thereafter. One (1) unit per every 50 units up to 150 units and additional unit for every 100 units at ingress level.
