Cook-Steward, it thus has to be safely presumed that the late Remo was in a good state of health when he boarded the vessel.33[33]     In sum, we find no reversible error on the part of the CA in rendering the assailed Decision which would warrant the reversal and/or modification of the same.   WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED.
