The provincial government also launched a sticker campaign to help stamp out
cyber-pornography. It asked families to post stickers carrying messages like “No
to cybersex” and “God bless this home.”Instead of a shame campaign targeting
those who are engaged in the illegal activity, local officials opted for positive
reinforcement for the community which they hope will touch the conscience of
those involved in the trade.
Authorities are also getting assistance from the US Department of Homeland
Security in its ongoing cybersex and human trafficking cases. Personnel of the
Homeland Security help in “computer autopsy” to retrieve incriminating evidence
inside central processing units or other storage devices confiscated through raids.
