Eight (8) of the above were indicative of physical violence, fourteen (14) of psychological violence, three (3) of economic violence, six (6) of sexual violence, and eight (8) that were of no violence at all. Results on Overall Mean Response The overall mean response on the nature of violence inflicted on the women is 3.81. This indicates that the women experienced very mild on the nature of violence inflicted on them. Seventy-one percent (71%) gave their response for never or rarely, 21% for sometimes or often, and 8% for always.
