❖ The expansion of social welfare programs to assist the underprivileged, including those who were displaced from their livelihood, in order to support their daily living; ❖ The development of sustainable pandemic recovery programs to revitalize the local economy and restore the vibrant business environment ❖ For the CHR to consider using other modes of jail visitation during this time of pandemic like using video conferencing as a mode of rendering legal assistance to PDLs and in monitoring PDLs situation in jail; ❖ For CHR to popularize the e-gender ombud reporting for GBV cases; ❖ To strengthen monitoring ESCR rights during this time of pandemic; ❖ To adopt a system of e-reporting of violation of human rights and elawyering since mobility is limited; ❖ To furnish policy makers and concerned agencies of our situation monitoring reports such as this semester on the investigative monitoring on the situation of PWDs. 49 P a g e CHR CAR REGIONAL HR SITUATION REPORT – JANUARY to JUNE 2020
