Having disposed of the case in the foregoing manner, there is no need to pass upon the other issues raised by the parties. WHEREFORE, the Petition is GRANTED. The November 29, 2012 Decision and September 3, 2013 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R SP No. 124685 are REVERSED and SET ASIDE, and respondents' Petition for Certiorari in said case is considered MOOT and ACADEMIC in view of the full settlement and complete satisfaction of petitioner's claims.
