Ancestral Domain Investment Plan for Health (ADIPH) Formulation In 2016, ADIPH formulation manual was developed, presented and approved by the Commission en Banc in partnership with the IP MNCHN Project of Mindanao. This was followed by training of NCIP health personnel to facilitate ADIPH formulation. The trained NCIP health personnel facilitated ADIPH formulations funded by 2016 Tier 2 IP Health budget allocation. In 2017, the IP Health fund was cut, hence proposed ADIPH formulations were not implemented. In 2018, some regions used their IP Health Funds in ADIPH formulation, back-to-back with other activities through coordination/collaboration.
