The following are being asked in the evaluation are “What happened?” “What did your husband did to you?” “What are the instances that were done to you?” The top indicators presented are “Anxiety, Distressful, Worry, Inability to eat, Disturbance in sleep. The victims can’t sleep anymore, the woman becomes thin because she’s daily battered by her husband”. At the start and during the psychological evaluation, factual background are asked and includes the full name, age, occupation, and address; then through further examination, the dependents of the respondents and their individual complete names, ages, work, address, and the husband’s profession. “If they are married I have to talk more and learn their premarital and marital history from time that they met, the place where they get married, the time who courted the woman or the men but most likely common understanding mutual understanding that they love each other so they get married to the Roman Catholic Church or any other Church even in the Civil Rites” (Doctor-Respondent, Personal Communication, September 14, 2020). “When the response is, ‘I was not given support by my husband,’ it’s economical abuse. When we talk about psychological (violence), mostly it is by saying bad words, foul and dirty language to a woman. Of course the complainant is complaining, she cannot talk anymore because the husband is about to choke her” (Doctor-Respondent, Personal Communication, September 14, 2020). There is a possibility that the victim will not reveal the truthful information, and the doctor responded, “but when I already knew that she is not telling the truth I have to dig more until such time that she will tell the truth and that I will frighten the complainant, ‘If you don’t reveal I will not make the Psychology Assessment Report because number one, there is the issue; and number two, there was such psychological, economical, physical, and emotional violence or abuse. If the complainant will hide it, I will make a report that it is just very shallow because the court and even the (Commission of) Human Rights will accept the PAR but it is not the supposed truth” (Doctor-Respondent, Personal Communication, September 14, 2020).
