Hence, Imelda and her children are entitled to the payment of said
compensation.
WHEREFORE, the instant petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED. The
Decision of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 78759 dated May 30, 2005, is
SET ASIDE and the May 30, 2003 Resolution of the NLRC is REINSTATED and
AFFIRMED.
