GBV CASE IN REGION X The two victims, who were both members of LGBTQIA+ Community and who were live-in partners were stabbed to death by the father of one of the victims. The action requested to the Commission was to have the accused referred for Psychosocial Services as well as for the Commission to conduct proper investigation of the subject case.
