the Gender Ombud under the Magna Carta for women with the advocacy to
protect and promote the rights of each and every woman. She also presented
the objectives of the interview which is to observe and monitor the process of
attaining justice for women who experienced abuse. Atty. PunzalanSobreviňas assured the participants that the interview will be confidential and
private but will be recorded for documentation and reports that will be used in
policy making.
Following the introduction, the consent of the interviews was gathered.
Each participant was asked if she would consent to the interview and that her
personal information shall be kept confidential and any information she
would share would be used solely for reporting purposes. All of the ten (10)
interviewees freely gave their consent.
