GBV CASE IN REGION I A 54-year-old rural woman was physically abused by her common law spouse. As to date, a criminal complaint for violation of R.A. 9262 was already filed before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office based on the report of Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) located in Region I.
