2 Section 6. PoUc/ on PWD Identification Cards. - The issuance of PWD 3 Identification Cards pursuant to Repubiic Act No. 7277, otherwise known as the 4 "Magna Carta for Persons with Disabiiities," as amended, aiong with other reievant 5 administrative issuances and iocai ordinances, shail incorporate the information 6 necessary for the granting of the monthiy social pension to eiigible PWDs. The 7 issuance of an authentic PWD Identification Card is a pre-requisite to quaiify as a 8 beneficiary under this Act. 9 10 Section 7. Pena!Provisions. - The penaities shail apply to the following: 11 a. Any PWD, or his/her parent or his/her reiative of any degree of 12 consanguinity or affinity, or any third person found to be deiiberateiy 13 committing any fraudulent act of enrolling a PWD to the program when 14 said person is not indigent shali suffer the foilowing: 15 i. For the first vioiation, a fine of not less than Twenty-five 16 thousand pesos (Php 25,000.00) but not exceeding Fifty 17 thousand pesos (Php 50,000.00); and 18 ii. For any subsequent violation, a fine of not less than Fifty 19 thousand pesos (Php 50,000.00) but not exceeding One 20 hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000.00). 21 b. Any person, naturai or juridical, violating any provision of this Act and 22 its IRR, except violations pertaining to Subsection a of this Section, 23 shaii be penalized with a fine of not iess than Fifty thousand pesos 24 (Php 50,000.00) but not exceeding One hundred thousand pesos (Php 25 100,000.00). If the violator is a corporation, organization or any simiiar 26 juridical entity, the officials directly involved and responsible shall be 27 liable therefor. 28 29 Section 8. Appropriations. - The amount necessary for the impiementation of 30 this Act shail be included in the annuai Generai Appropriations of the year foiiowing 31 its enactment into iaw and thereafter. An initiai amount of Two Biiiion pesos (Php 32 2,000,000,000.00) shali be ailocated for the first year of its operation.
