WHEREFORE, the decision in question is hereby AFFIRMED subject to the modification that in each of the six (6) estafa cases, the indeterminate sentence that appellant Leonida Meris y Padilla must serve is two (2) years and four (4) months of prision correccional as minimum to six (6) years and one (1) day of prision mayor maximum.
