266-B (1) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A. No. 8353, and imposing
the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua without eligibility for parole, is AFFIRMED with
the MODIFICATION that the award of damages must be in this manner per People
v. Ireneo Jugueta:[21] P100,000.00 as civil indemnity, P100,000.00 as moral
damages, and P100,000.00 as exemplary damages, with legal interest on all
damages awarded at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the finality of this
Decision until fully paid.
SO ORDERED.

Cabalquinto (533 Phil. 703, 709 [2006]), wherein this Court resolved to withhold
the real name of the victims-survivors and to use fictitious initials instead to
represent them in its decisions. Likewise, the personal circumstances of the victimssurvivors or any other information tending to establish or compromise their
identities, as well as those of their immediate family or household members, shall
not be disclosed. The names of such victims, and of their immediate family
