We have a Regional IDP Monitor assigned in the Iligan Sub-Office (ISO), mainly tasked to monitor the IDPs in the Province of Lanao del Norte and Iligan. As per monitoring report our local monitor has remotely contacted via phone calls situations of IDPs in the area of responsibility. On Health-care As per monitoring there is no presence of DOH/ RHU during ECQ and there were three (3) children that cannot be brought to the Hospital due to COVID 19 as they are afraid to be infected. On the availment of the support from the government, IDPs are not formally informed on how and when to avail the SAP, including the extension of ECQ since the IDPS only have access to radio programs on their sentiments for BLGUs/LGUs and even province on SAP and UCT. Other reports on: One report that the IDP monitor was able to gather is thot somewhere in Manticao and Luga-it (part of the Province of Misamis Oriental) a person took and was waving knife and run after the Brgy Captain with hand bolo just to be included for SAP.
