3 PROGRAM 1 - ANCESTRAL DOMAIN/LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM A. Ancestral Domain/Land Recognition The objective of this sub-program is to ensure recognition and protection of ICCs/IPs rights and interest over their ancestral domains and lands, which include the formal recognition thereof through the issuance of a Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) or Certificate of Ancestral Land Title (CALT). 1.
