Sensitivity, exposure and adaptive capacity rubrics use a five-point, three level
scoring. Numerical score of 1 to 2 signifies to “low”, 3 to 4 signifies “medium” and numerical
score of 5 signifies “high” (e.g. low exposure, low sensitivity, low adaptive capacity).
