Sensitivity, exposure and adaptive capacity rubrics use a five-point, three level scoring. Numerical score of 1 to 2 signifies to “low”, 3 to 4 signifies “medium” and numerical score of 5 signifies “high” (e.g. low exposure, low sensitivity, low adaptive capacity). Parameter Sensitivity S1 S2 Criteria Compare catch rate 20 years ago (Catch rate = Number of kgs added/deducted from the catch 20 years ago as compared in the present) Average length of fish catches S3 Dependence on resource (Fishery) S4 S5 Household age structure Health conditions Figure 2. Criteria for Sensitivity Parameter Exposure Parameter Criteria E1 Fishing ground (annual occurrence) E2 Household (annual occurrence) E3 Community (annual occurrence) Figure 3. Criteria for Exposure Parameter Adaptive Capacity Parameter Criteria AC 1 Annual income obtained from fishing AC 2 Awareness to climate change AC 3 Access to information AC 4 AC 5 Adaptive strategy AC 6 Gear modification or gear replacement for the past 10 years Programs or support systems against climate change AC 7 Literacy Figure 4.
