Payment of the abovementioned financial assistance shall be made at the time of relocation of the tenants/farmers. Sec. 19. Repealing Clause. All executive orders, instructions, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Sec. 20. Effectivity.
