SEC. 27. Saving Clause. — This Act shall not in any manner adversely
affect the rights and benefits of the ICCs/IPs under other conventions,
recommendations, international treaties, national laws, awards, customs
and agreements.

SEC. 28. Separability Clause. — If any part or provision of this Act is held
unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof which are not
affected shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 29. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following
completion of its publication in at least two (2) newspaper of general
circulation.
