Ronnel Mas, a 25-year-old social studies teacher at Taltal National High School in Zambales was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) after posting on his Twitter account an offer of a P50-million reward to anyone who could kill President Rodrigo Duterte.

This resulted in his immediate arrest and detention.
