Complaint Source: Video Post on Reklamador’s Facebook Account
A video posted on Facebook by Shyren Moran shows a mother from Brgy. Matandang
Balara Quezon City who had a heated discussion with the roving police personnel about her child
whom she asked to buy something in a sari-sari store.
According to Shyren, the child was about to run away from the store but the police officer
caught the child using his stick. The mother pointed out that while it is true that they are at fault,
that does not give the police officer a reasonable ground to be violent against her child.
